N-utra and Food-oil for health claims

Difference between a health claim and a nutrition claim
Nutrition and health claims are important tools for adding value to your food products. They are specific statements about the nutritional or functional benefits of a food or ingredient regulated by competent authorities to prevent misinformation for consumers (European regulations no.1924/2006, 432/2012 or 536/2013). The nutrition declaration is also governed by the 2011 European INCO regulation for consumer information.
A nutrition claim is a non-mandatory message asserting, suggesting, or implying that a food contains or does not contain a certain amount of energy, nutrients, or other substances with nutritional effects and benefits.
A health claim points to a link between a nutrient or food and health conditions, such as decreasing a risk factor or lowering risk of disease.
